Our Process

At Saraytism, every box is crafted with a blend of modern machinery and quality checks by hand to ensure strength, consistency, and finish.

Corrugation & Board Preparation

Large paper reels are passed through corrugating machines to form the fluted (wavy) middle layer.

Lamination & Gluing

Fluted sheets are glued between liner boards to create strong corrugated panels.

Die-Cutting & Folding

High-precision machines cut, crease, and fold boards into exact box shapes.

Printing & Branding (Optional)

For custom orders, surfaces can be printed with brand logos or product details.

Hand-Finishing & Inspection

Each batch is hand-checked for accuracy, smooth edges, and durability.
